Overview

Taskbox enables you to add certificates for staff and site with an expiration date. This will trigger automatic notifications in a specified time period before the documentation’s expiration date, that this certificate needs renewing.

In heavily regulated industry, Taskbox ensures you won’t be caught out by a piece of missed paperwork, and removes the headache you would have recovering the situation.

This is the same for any industry that has any form of certificates that are required for your industry, business or specific employees - these can all be stored within Taskbox and link the relevant certification to the relevant people.

How it works:

  1. Upload the documentation into Files
  2. Add an Expiration date to the document
  3. Assign users responsible for renewal
  4. Thats it! You’ll be reminded before the document expires so you can renew and re-upload.
