If part of your project requires one or more of your team members to complete a data collection form or a timesheet - you can attach this as a task within the project. Here’s how:

Desktop

  1. Navigate to the project and task that you require one of your forms to be completed for.
  2. Create, or select the task you need the form completing within
  3. Go to “to-do’s”
  4. Click “add to do” and click the arrow on the right hand side of the text input to bring up the to-do menu
  5. Add some details, and select what action you would like the to’do to have, in this case you would select form
  6. Then chose from a list of all your forms and select the one you need your team to complete, and who you need to completed it.

Mobile

  1. Open the taskbox app
  2. Navigate to the project and task that you require one of your forms to be completed for.
  3. Click the “+” at the bottom of your screen
  4. Select ‘Add to-do’
  5. Click “add to do” and click the arrow on the right hand side of the text input to bring up the to-do menu
  6. Add some details, and select what action you would like the to’do to have, in this case you would select form
  7. Then chose from a list of all your forms and select the one you need your team to complete, and who you need to completed it.
