If you need to report anything bug within Taskbox. Simply click on the “?” Icon that is located at the top right of your Taskbox screen.
From there enter into our 24/7 live chat what issue you have found, and we will cross reference this with your version of taskbox, identify the issue and give it a priority rating. From here we will get back to you on the issue in no longer than 48 hours.
Our 3 Priority Ratings:
High - An immediate issue that prevents you from using our software to complete your work. These will be responded to within 60 minutes, and resolution will commence immediately after diagnosis.
Medium - A feature within the app is not working as it should, but a workaround is available short term that allows you to continue using the app to fulfil work. This will be responded to within 24 hours, and resolution will commence thereafter
Low - low priority, minor issues that could cause inconvenience but do not affect your workflow nor operations. These will be responded to within 48 hours, and will be included in the next version of Taskbox as a bug fix.
