What are task To Do's?

To do's are a checklist for your task. They allow you to clearly define what needs completing for your task. To Do's can be linked to forms (add on), timesheets, media and more.

How do you add a to do?

  1. Open taskbox

  2. Click into the task list view

  3. Find your task

  4. Click on your task

  5. Click into the to do tab

  6. Write an item in the to do field

    1. If you need to link your to do with forms (add on), timesheets or media, then click on the down arrow and link your to do

  7. Click on the submit button

Congratulations! You now have a to do list for your task
