The aim of notes is to get you and your team talking. If you've got a lot to say, it can sometimes be easier to use the formatting tools. Let's quickly run through each of them and what they do...

H1 - Header

The H1 format is good for titles or text you really want to stand out. It will increase your font size to the max, whilst adding a little heavier weight to make the text look slightly bold.

H2 - Secondary Header

The H2 format is good for sub-headers. It will slightly increase the font size, whilst adding a little heavier weight to make the text look slightly bold.

B - Bold

The B button will make your text bold

U - Underline

The U button will underline your text

I - Italics

The I button will add italics to your text

S - Strike

The S button will add a strikethrough your text

The three lines with dots button will add bullet point lists to your text. It's very handy for making lists that don't necessarily have an order to them.

Numbered List

The three lines with numbers button will add a numbered list. This is very handy for making a list that you need someone to understand has an order.

The quote button allows you to add text that is clearly different from the rest. It will apply grey background with a tab, so other user know there is something unique about the content.

The emoji button will allow you to add an emoji to your notes.

The @ button allows you to tag other users within your Taskbox account. Clicking the button will show you a list of all users within your account. Click one and they will be notified once you submit the note.

Mixing formatting tools

The formatting tools can be mix in many different ways. Add a bold style with a H1, or an I with a H2. Play around with the tools and see which you prefer for your notes.
