Need to see where your work is being completed? We've got you covered. The map board in Taskbox allows you to see exactly where Tasks and Projects are being completed. Linked directly to Google Maps, you can intuitively link to the addresses you use on a daily basis.
The list on the left-hand side will display all the tasks you have within Taskbox. Simply click on a task to view the location of the task on the map.
Toggle tasks or projects
At the top of the left-hand list view, simply click on the tabs to filter between tasks and projects.
Select the users of your choice, date ranges you want to reference or search anything in the search to refine the content you wish to see in your timeline.
Create a new project
Simply click on the 'New Project' button in the top right of your screen. A modal will appear, complete the fields and save. You now have a new project.
Create a new task
Just click on the create a 'New Task' button in the top right of your screen. A modal will appear, complete the fields and save. You now have a new task.
