You've got some work you need to do, that's the first step out of the way. Now it's time to collaborate with your team and let everyone know what is happening.

In the mobile app:

In the desktop/tablet app:

The process:

  1. Find your task

  2. Click into your task

  3. Update the status to in-progress whilst you're working on the task

  4. Update the status to complete when you're complete

That's it! You've completed your task and updated everyone involved that your task is done.

Taskbox will automatically update everyone involved with your task that it is being complete or is complete by changing the status. It's that simple to keep everyone in the loop.
