Welcome to the final onboarding tutorial.

With this last piece of the puzzle, you’ll be able to complete any work with ease inside Taskbox.

It’s essential to keep on top of your work.

The dashboard

The dashboard in Taskbox helps you keep track of the work that is important to you. Then, pick and choose the widgets that are right for your role.

Add the productivity tracker to watch out for failures if you're managing work. If you’re always getting messages. If you’re getting work assigned to you, ad the task assigned widget. There is a widget for everyone here.

The dashboard will keep you on track of the important things happening today.

If you want to track the progress of work, head into the kanban board. Here you can follow work by status. Then, simply click on a task to start working or collaborating.

Space report

And finally, the most important one of all, the Spaces report. This revolutionary feature tells you which areas of your business are on track or are failing. Keep an eye out for red and amber dots. These will identify where you’re going wrong. They show all your tasks scheduled for a day and not complete.

Simply click on a day to see what went right or wrong and action accordingly by rescheduling or speaking to the people that worked on the task.

And that’s it. You’re now ready to start using Taskbox.

Our mission is to connect you and your teams whilst making you super organised to save you hours a day.
