Spaces sit at the very top of the Taskbox hierarchy. Everything you create or complete in Taskbox will sit within a Space. They will provide a high-level view of everything your business does on a daily basis.

So let's take a look at creating a Space.

Creating a new space on desktop/laptop or tablet:

  1. Open your Taskbox account

  2. Click into spaces on the left-hand side of your screen (The purple icon in the left menu)

  3. Click on the '+ Space' button in the top right of your screen

  4. Add a name for your space

  5. Select a colour so it is easy to identify your space

  6. Click create to save your new space

Creating a new space in the mobile app:

  1. Open your mobile app

  2. Click on the + button in the bottom bar

  3. Click on 'Create a space'

  4. Add a name and select a colour for your space

  5. Click save

Good work! 👏 You now have a space within your Taskbox account.
